Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our facility.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground from our Georgia, USA fulfillment center. The carrier used depends on order weight, destination, and your shipping selection at checkout.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Transit Times
Once shipped, USPS Priority Mail typically arrives within 2–3 business days; UPS Ground typically arrives within 3–5 business days depending on your distance from Georgia. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Your Order
Every order includes tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier’s tracking system to display scan events.
Shipped Under a Shipment Contract
All purchases from FOR Peptides are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office. If you still cannot locate it, contact the carrier directly to open a missing-mail claim. If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@forpeptides.com.
Important Notice About Address Changes and Rerouting
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once a package has been handed to the carrier, we cannot reroute, intercept, or change the destination of any package. Address changes and reroute requests submitted to the carrier directly are at your own risk and are not the responsibility of FOR Peptides. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address may be reshipped at your expense.
